The training need
The pressures to meet tight release deadlines and the increasing sophistication of hackers can result in code that is at risk. Pervasive threats to software security include reverse engineering, software tampering, copying, and automated attacks that can be launched across a network or on an attacker's desktop. The successful security strategy against these threats is a multi-dimensional approach - data security, network security and software protection.
Few developers today have the breadth and depth of security design experience or access to software protection tools to adequately deliver robust applications that can protect against both static and dynamic software attacks.

Cloakware's standard three-day training course includes the following modules:
- An Introduction to Application Security;
- Cloakware's Application Security Design Methodology;
- Cloakware Security Suite Product Training; and
- a hands-on workshop.
The Cloakware Security Suite training course has been designed to accelerate the student's grasp of the potential threats to their applications as well as their understanding of how Cloakware security techniques relate to their specific application.
Within three days the student will have experienced a threat analysis, learned the techniques to address those threats, gained hands-on experience writing secure code and begun building the confidence needed to develop secure software.
